accounts at ToTheGames and QuadCard affiliate sites. We have no means
to authenticate that the pictures are actually of the players who submitted
them nor whether they have the rights to the images sent to us by them.
If these images prove to be the property of other than those who submitted
them, we will remove them.
By submitting a picture to our gallery, you are authorizing ToTheGames
and its affiliates to use it for promotional purposes on our website or
other media, including but not limited to bulk email, but never spam email.
You can withdraw your picture at any time and we will discontinue using
it.
You can click a player's name to view his/her profile. To submit your
own pictures, please send a small scanned pic to: gallery@tothegames.com
The picture will appear in your profile page when other players click
on your name in the chat room and in the other site areas. A few notes
when sending a picture:
1. Use the email address that was specified at the time of your registration.
We may not be able to post your picture if it was sent from another email
address.
2. If possible, send a solo picture. If you are with other people, please
identify yourself in the picture. Your picture will be cropped so it fits
in the profile page, the final size will be like a photo ID only (like
the pictures below).
3. Don't forget to specify your alias. This should match with the email
address we have on file.
