a) your player name (if you are already a registered site member)
b) area you are having problems with (eg Site, Bingo, WordHunt, Reversi)
c) web browser version you are using (eg Internet Explorer 5.5, Netscape
Navigator 4.77)
d) your operating system/platform (eg Windows 98, Windows ME, iMac OS
9)
e) detailed description of the problem you are experiencing (if you got
a specific error, please cut and paste it to your email message)
f) if you can replicate the said problem at the same spots/events, then
please list the steps involved so we can check the error from our end
